When we talk about digital wellness, we often focus on the external changes we can make to improve our relationships with media (e.g, reducing our screentime, using grayscale on our phones). But we rarely consider how our mindsets — our attitudes, beliefs, and thought patterns — influence our experiences with digital media, and how these experiences prevent us from practicing digital wellness.
